Herefordshire Carers Support

If you have not already done so we would encourage you to register with Herefordshire Carers Support who can provide support, guidance, further information and signposting to other organisations. The help they are able to offer ranges greatly from helping to organise help at home, to providing short trips away and day trips out, to advice in the home or by telephone, or even just receiving their newsletter.

Training for Carers of people with dementia.

Carers play a vital role in the care and support of people with dementia, including recognising when they are becoming unwell.

Herefordshire Carers Support offers this FREE training to Carers from a qualified nurse to help avoid potential hospital admissions.

Herefordshire Carers Support run a Carers Support Group in Ledbury which meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month at the Market Theatre. If you would like to learn more, or to join the group, please contact Herefordshire Carers Support for more information.
